Leah grew up in the redwood forests of Northern California, developing a deep reverence for the natural world as well as a holistic understanding of how the body intuitively asks us to be treated.

She has been immersed in the world of wellness ever since she learned the intricacies of Ayurveda over 2 decades ago. She is also trained in reiki, co-active coaching, self-trained in herbalism, and brings healing energy to all of her work.
